Private Pilates Lessons
You can win three (3) private lessons with Jennifer Pearl, NCPT at Oneness Pilates. Come find out what Pilates is all about! These lessons are on the Pilates Apparatus (Reformer, Trapeze Table/Cadillac, Chair). In these sessions you will learn about deep abdominal strength and how to harness it for better posture and movement. These lessons are suitable for all levels and abilities. All 3 must be used within one year of the 2024 Threadhead Raffle.
