I purchased this Bandana at the 2006 Jazz and Heritage Festival. Includes phrasing on edges:  “Hope And Music Fill The Air.” 2006 – In Loving Memory of Wesla, “The Bandana Lady” 1953-2005 ‘ On the opposite edge is written: ‘Bayou Bandanas / Registered Trademark New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, Inc’. It is in very good condition.
